Review on πŸͺ‘ Gray KidKraft Mid-Century Corner Reading Nook - Wooden Gift for Ages 3-8 by Erin Dudley

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Wrong design of children's furniture

The first step. insert legs. Fail. The legs just seemed to keep turning, so we dragged them to where they felt most secure. When we turned the base over, it wobbled. When we tried to see which leg was uneven by pulling out the faulty leg, the screw came loose from the leg. It turns out that when you try to tighten it (tighten it properly!), the bolt on the leg comes loose. Terrible design right away. I'm writing this review before putting everything else together while my husband redoes his legs. I hope the rest of the montage goes better. Edit to add a cracked detail in step 5. All of the cam locks are VERY soft metal, I couldn't fully tighten any of them with a Phillips screwdriver without sanding the grooves all the way. Had to use a wide flat head to tighten VERY gently.
