Some people have complained of shipping issues with this product, particularly crumbled or melted bars. I didn't have this problem at all with my last order. Everything was fine and looked just like the deodorant I usually buy at the store. Second Note: Some people have had skin problems while using this product. It is worth noting the composition of this deodorant. The bar itself is solid and cannot be spread on the skin immediately after opening. It must be applied to the skin for a few seconds to melt and then, when it softens, can be spread on the armpits. Only 1-2 layers are needed. Perhaps some of these problems can be avoided by following these recommendations. Overall I love this fragrance and the product in general!
