Although this cushion will physically fit all model years listed, it will not fit pre 2009 Ford Vans. It is listed as a match on Dorman's website so it is not Revane's fault. The form is wrong. On previous models, the tub was higher up front to give the seat a "bucket feel". It's flat on this one, which makes it feel like you're about to slide forward off the seat. I added 3/8" spacers to pitch the front up. I will change them to 5/8 once I get longer bolts. There is no slot on the side for the seat belt or a hole to attach the belt Luckily the straps are long enough to go behind the seat The stitching doesn't match earlier models either, but that doesn't bother me on a work truck Otherwise it looks good, the foam is pretty firm, the suspension is quite thick spring steel, so I suspect it will last a long time, which I will have to live with until I can get replacement foam and cover for my original seat.
