I'm a Halloween fanatic and I don't want to spend forty bucks on a branded scented Halloween heating pad. So I found this one and I like it even more! This is an electric heating pad that uses a heating plate, not a lightbulb, so there is no need to change the lightbulbs! The top of his hat is removable for easy cleaning. I put a cube on top of his hat and it heats up pretty quickly. You could easily make 2 or 3 wax cubes in his hat. I only have it in my bedroom so just put 1 in it. You will love it! Excellent quality! Update: It's been about 2 years and this thing is still amazing! No problem! I used some cheap potpourri oil in it once and it left a trail that I had to use to get rid of the slime. It's not the manufacturer's fault though. It's a wax warmer. So I definitely say get it! I use it year round as I live and breathe horror. =
