Nice article. It's thick and warm, but the tulle is very stiff even after washing and using strong fabric softener. This makes it a little less comfortable than it could be and is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I'm sure it will soften and relax over time. Overall I am happy with the purchase and my daughter looks adorable in it. I wore blue jeans underneath which is very cute but I think should be worn with tights. I just love the country girl style in blue jeans.
