I do not recommend this controller. dpad was ok, not great. It was a pleasure to press the buttons, the controller felt good in the hand and had no trouble connecting to Bluetooth. But that's where the positives stop, everything else about this controller is very bad and a deciding factor for me. Analog triggers and analog sticks don't have the precise control you'd expect from an official controller. There's no precise control when using analog sticks, you can't really aim or move slowly, it's either nothing or full speed. For gaming, that's bullshit.
