Item received as expected. It was well protected in a case and regular box so it wouldn't break in transit. You will receive 1 protective glass and assembly tool. Guides, microfiber cloth and dust collector. PLEASE WATCH THE FULL INSTALLATION VIDEO BEFORE YOU BEGIN! This will make things a lot easier. In general, it was easy to install following the video guide. The big problem is that no matter how many times I wipe it off in the last step, I get a random speck of dust that ends up in a bubble. I would get rid of one and the other would show up somewhere else. The fight lasted some time. The end result is in the photo. Two bubbles at the bottom that you can push out but they come back. Doesn't interfere with work. Just like the camera section, which is not quite in the middle. Overall, this is one of the best and easiest screensavers I've ever used. Will definitely buy it again for my other screens. If there are problems I will update. **Updated 8/25/20** My tablet has been hit twice since the original review. The first time the damage started with a crack and by the time I got my super shield it had continued until there were 3 of them. When I lifted the old protector 3 sections were still barely holding together. Got a new one, all good. No bubbles, no dust. The cutout for the front camera is still disabled, but that's not a problem. Unfortunately less than a month later it was thrown off the street table and I saw 3 impact points and various cracks. It looked bad and I was afraid the screen was broken this time. But to my surprise, when I removed the Supershieldz protection, there was no trace left on the screen! I immediately ordered another one and replaced the protective film. Everything worked out great here too (3rd photo). I highly recommend this product from Super Shieldz. It saved my $800 Galaxy Tab S6 twice and is protected by it again. Good product!
