This replacement power cord works great on my Dyson DC07. The cable connectors fit exactly. Check out some YouTube videos on the exchange. You will have trouble threading the cable through the rubber grommet on the handle if you don't know how. First cut off the old end connectors and thread them through the rubber cable sheath. Rub some liquid dish soap like DAWN into the hole and thread the new cable through. The grease from the cleaning agent makes it slip right through the hole. Wipe and dry the residue with a paper towel and complete the installation. Light!
