Great for Shotgun Patterning and Shipping

I'm very impressed with the quantity of paper for this price point ($24). I bought it primarily to pattern multiple shotgun chokes, so I needed quite a bit of paper. It sure beats anything I can find at Walmart. Thus far I've used it to pattern a shotgun and to mail a package. The paper is heavy enough that it doesn't shred when fired at with a shotgun. Additionally, it'd hold up very well in the wind and to handling after shooting if one wishes to store the target for later analysis. I estimate it would hold up to a bit of rain, too. The width--48 inches--is wide enough for me to pattern cylinder bore buckshot at 25 yards. Additionally, it's wide enough to pattern sporting chokes at the standard 40 yards.I also used the paper to reuse a USPS Priority Mail shipping box. If the box is identifiable as a Priority Mail box, the post office will charge me Priority Mail prices. I wrapped the box just like a Christmas present and was able to ship the box at economy rates.

Pros
  • Paper & Paper Crafts
Cons
  • Difficult to find in stores, mostly sold online
