LOVELY! When it arrived it smelled like some plastic/chemicals but I ran it through the wash and hung to dry, the smell was gone. I smoothed out the wrinkles and put on a black belt, black stockings and flats. I'm usually a size 22/24/44D and it fits great with freedom of movement and movement even in the arms and neck (it doesn't stretch). If you don't wear a belt it feels a bit "square" and you'll need a belt in case it gets windy or everyone's putting on a free show. It's short, but not short enough to be worn alone; I would call it "Sexy Short". I'm not sure what others mean by "plastic" - it's definitely a polyester blend, not cotton, so I don't know what to expect.
