I love this rain jacket. It can be packed, it is easy to fold, and it is a small bag for things. It's so light I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. The hood is big enough to cover your head but not so big that it obstructs your vision, which is definitely an issue in most situations. Can you call a plastic raincoat soft? This. It zips up easily and has good pockets to just slip my keys in when I run to the grocery store. I find it fits very well and you can even put it around your butt if you want. It's long enough to cover your butt so you're pretty well protected. I have nothing bad to say, I like it very much!
