So when I first opened the product I was very disappointed to see dirty stains and dents on my beautiful pink laptop bag. I considered calling Amazon but decided against it because it's minor and everything else is fine. The case can still get dirty, although I hope not. I'm very afraid to clean the stain because I don't want to make it worse. I hope that the dents will disappear over time. Aside from my initial disappointment, the case seems to be really good. I literally received the package 5 minutes ago and decided to check it out for the stains and dents. Appears to be water resistant and the material is definitely well structured. Pockets and everything else including the zip is fine. My laptop fits perfectly in my case and I really wish it was smudge free.
