BUY! I really love this dress. It fits perfectly, has a bit of stretch and is so flattering! The fabric used is thin but not see-through. This is ideal for warm/hot weather. I live in Texas and can wear this outside with no problem. I also love design. Great for plant ladies like me. I will probably buy more dresses in different designs and colors. The purchase is worth it! If you want to make the bottom more flared, the petticoat is perfect under the dress. But to be honest, he looks great without it too!
