Review on THOMEN Resistant Protection Kitchen Mandolin: Enhanced Safety and Durability by Ken Reed

There was a hole in a glove but they did what they had to do, didn't cut themselves. Poor quality control thought of returning the product but at a price not worth the hassle I am waiting for manufacturer customer service to get back to me. 7/11/21 REVIEW UPDATE: 7/18/21 The previous review was written after I used this glove for the first time and found a defective glove. Instead of returning the product, I wrote the above review to see if the sellers were actually reading. Customer feedback to improve your product and provide customer service. I don't know about other companies, but this one is at the top. The day after I wrote this review, customer service contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and asked if I would like a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement as the gloves did what they were supposed to do in protecting my hand from cuts when using sharp objects. Received my replacement order today within 7 days of posting, this is now the customer service and company behind their products. Now I give them 5 stars not only for the product but also for their outstanding customer service.
