Not a very active user but have flipped through a few oodles of paper so far. The printer got stuck once. I don't know why, it's just paper stuck in the paper path. The paper was a bit difficult to pull out, it ripped when I pulled on it. I'm not sure I'm doing this correctly, but when I cleaned the back I didn't see any "release" levers, so my only option was to pull. Double-sided card scanning from the feeder isn't as convenient as some dedicated gravity/direct scanners, but it works well for typical letter-sized documents.
