I give it to Razer for making comfortable headsets but the mic is terrible if you want a headset with a good mic look for another headset this mic will sound so bad that microphone doesn't bother me since I have a blue Yeti. The sound quality won't be good until you look at Windows 10's built-in equalizer settings called Realtek, or you can use Nahimic with presets to find what works best for you. One last thing, build quality isn't great, probably won't last very long. So basically if you're a console gamer but these headsets don't look like Hyperx or Corsair if you're on a PC, the only way to get these headsets is if you have another mic that you use with the headset and set it up sure they've gone through software to make them sound better.
