I bought the color mocha after realizing that my small handbag was no longer big enough. I should have guessed that with a name like "Mokka" it would be more brown than gray like in the picture, but that didn't scare me. The bag itself is in good condition. I've had it for a few months now and use it every day to and from work. I haven't noticed any scratches, scuffs, tears or tears and I'm not exactly a soft person. It's nice and big - I can fit everything I need and more. It also sits very comfortably on my shoulder - not too tight or hard. This is probably one of the few bags I've just put my hand in and left. I wish it had more compartments or smaller pockets for organization but overall I'm very happy with this bag.
