Great tool and great customer service

I like that this software can be used by other departments too! It is easy for employees who are not in telecom or IT department to use because it has an intuitive interface as well as having all info available at once. Customer Service needs improvement but they have been working hard to make improvements. We're able to track our phone usage more accurately than we could before using TMS from MDSL. There was no way to see monthly totals when viewing individual account reports until very recently. Before moving over to TDWASI my team had several different accounts where each one only showed total minutes per month without any breakdowns between business hours vs nonbusiness hours. With TAWSIS everything now shows up in 1 place which makes things easier to keep updated. Now if there's anything wrong with the bill its much quicker to find out about it since we know exactly how many.
