Love the lather this soap makes on my beard and the smell, very much minty to me (although listed as rosemary mint). The scent is strong in the shower but quickly dissipates after showering, ideal in combination with other scented oils or balms. I asked my wife how my beard smelled after a shower and the only word she used to describe it was "clean". It smells clean. So it works great but if I have one complaint it's that the soap is shaped like a cube and it's a bit awkward to hold in the shower. It's just awkward. So I pulled out the X-Acto knife and cut it into smaller pieces to use in the shower and it worked fine for me. The same brand sells other boxes already cut into smaller pieces. But I'm sure there are reasons for raising the bar.
