It didn't work for us.
They didn't work. I really hoped the light would be blocked but there was no noticeable difference. I don't have blue light to do the fancy trick I see in some photos showing light blocking glasses or other glasses for comparison. All I know is that the eye strain and stuff was the same with and without glasses.
