This is the perfect high chair replacement which my daughter enjoys sitting in late, especially when she dines on the ottoman in front of the TV on lazy weekend mornings. I wanted something with a removable back and this was just the ticket! She can handle it herself (she's 8) and recently used it to stand in front of a window and watch a bird's nest in a hanging plant on her porch. I can also sit on it with no problems (I'm an average sized woman). Feels very durable so I feel very comfortable when my daughter uses it. Really good buy and just what we needed!
