Fits well but the waist is oddly tight. I'm 5ft 5 135lbs 36x26x38 I went with a small. The length is great, a little loose at the ankles/calfs. Fits my curves. I hate tight straps but I think they loosen up in the water. I have a matching jacket in a small size that is a little big but comfortable. Bought for diving - I have another set from another company that I wear everywhere for general protection and warmth and needed a second set.
