We love our iTouchless AC16RES automatic waste bin, but the adapter had to be purchased separately. We figured we were broke on $20 so we wouldn't have to constantly feed monstrous batteries. It's been 8 months since we bought the adapter and it suddenly stopped working. I'm not sure if Revain or the seller will guarantee or replace the adapter, but I've looked everywhere for details and haven't found an answer. Now that Covid is ongoing there is no one to speak to at the helpdesk so I guess I'm on my own. Sure I'd like some answers before I invest more money in another adapter that may die in less than a year like this one.
