I bought this backpack to easily carry to the library or other learning locations for online courses. In fact, I haven't had to do that since the world shut down after I went back to school. I can confirm that it's great for transporting my laptop and laptops between the attic upstairs and the basement where the printers reside. It has a double zip so I can see how it can separate if you leave both at the top of the pack. Just attach them to one side or the other and the problem is solved.
