I'm 5'10 and 145 pounds wearing a 36D over it. I wear medium and took medium. The dress is true to size. I wore it to a wedding and I really liked it. Great fit. It's not wrinkled fabric. I will buy it in more colors. Almost forgot the best. BAGS!
