Highly recommend, excellent quality, great benefits

My daughter got this blanket because she goes to college and is a bit nervous. She's been using it every night (and every day) ever since. We took it to the beach and my 9 year old nephew was obsessed with it too and she really had to give it up for one night. He's a bundle of energy and he liked that too. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety or insomnia. It's very soft, excellent quality and at a great price. Weighted blankets can be expensive. Just make sure you check the specs for your weight to choose the right duvet for you.
