Replaced drum and toner in my trusty old 2170W and it's like new again! The only reason for the 1 star downgrade is that the drum and toner cartridges don't seem to last as long as previous Brother or OEM cartridges I've tried. However, I strongly doubt that this will affect the performance, and maybe it's just due to the new designs that save on the use of plastic. (So maybe that's a good thing?) Time will tell how well they hold up. But now they work great and I don't foresee any problems.
