Hello, as you can see in the photo I am having difficulty removing the bug from the frame. This is the 2nd with this problem. I'll try to (carefully) take it off again, hoping nothing breaks. I see from another post that this was an issue for another client. Please inform. Claire T.5.0 out of 5 stars The only problem I have with this one When I removed this strap, the small metal handle broke off from the rest of the pen. Because of this, I couldn't remove the strap from my Fitbit. I had to use a sharp knife to cut off enough tape to expose a metal pin and then I had to use the tip of a knife to unlock it. This $10 strap nearly cost me my Fitbit to use.
