This is a good comforter. A bit harsh in my opinion, hence the one star. Despite this. I liked it! I LOVE the deep navy blue. In low light it appeared almost black. .It was exactly the color I wanted. It looked very rich. When the package arrived it was unwrapped very crumpled and I immediately washed, ironed and laid it on a blanket. Washed up well. It matched my royal duvet perfectly, was easy to put on and fastened well. The zipper is white but well hidden. I WAS so happy with my purchase. For the price you couldn't beat it. IF YOU HAVE PETS, PLEASE READ THIS: I have not been able to research any pet-friendly materials. I have 2 small dogs, one short haired and one long haired. They don't shed too much, but they shed. And I have a cat that's supposed to be naked after all the hair that seems to be falling off her. I woke up one night to find that I had a new fur blanket. WOW. This thing transformed overnight. It was so bad. I was horrified. Her hair appeared to be woven into the blanket. I have felted pet brushes and lint rollers that I use daily to keep our home as hair free as possible. But this blanket was a hair magnet and I literally spent a good 30 minutes twice a day trying to get my hair out of it. . I kept it on for about 2 weeks because I liked it so much, but in those 2 weeks I took off the comforter 4 times to try to get my hair out in the dryer. I finally just gave up. I could not bear it. This duvet has become extremely expensive to maintain and I am currently looking for pet friendly duvet materials. Cotton is wrong haha. I recommend this blanket! It just didn't work for me because of my furry kids. :)
