Very flat and lumpy
To be honest, I've never been more annoyed by the price of a product than I have been by this product. The only thing that was ordered correctly was that it was in grey. Also, it's lumpy because the pillow is made of cubes inside, so the surface is never even. Also, it has absolutely NO support, so the picture showing the rear support and such is a great invention. No comparison to the product information images. Just a waste of time and money waiting for something below average. I will come back to find something better.
