Arrived damaged; Be careful to chew on metal

I actually received a damaged product with a large hole in the opening part of the "shell". I wanted to send it back but ended up cutting off the entire case. My hamster loves it but the chains are difficult to adjust in length and the hamster loves to try and chew on them. I'll probably swap out the metal for thick yarn to hold it up.
