If you have a narrower foot, or at least a narrower foot that doesn't have the usual issues with pronation or heel strike, this is a great all-around trainer. I've bought several versions of these and changed them every 200-300 miles. For the money they fit well and offer good support.

Pros

AHAR Plus outsole. Strategically placed in critical areas of the outsole, this exceptionally durable compound is 50% stronger than standard ASICS abrasion rubber.
