Chic pads! I was looking for the perfect fake that you can actually lay down and cuddle on for comfort. Most I found were hard and prickly and just for looks. As for the notes on the folds, they are just like all my expensive sheets, if washed with fabric softener, taken out and folded while still warm, they come out perfect like the others! Sure, they wrinkle after lying in them for a week and pressing them against your arms, but what pillowcase doesn't? If you were only using them for display they wouldn't wrinkle when you put them on and walk away. They are also so soft (and not cheaply soft like many claim they are) I will be buying more for all the linens in my house! Another thing I read in a comment that they have a strong chemical smell. It wasn't like they smelled like a brand new box or a sheet. After the first wash it smelled like detergent and fabric softener.
