Review on Teskyer by James White

As a Product Manager, my interactions with the Teskyer web shop were less than satisfying. Although I had no trouble navigating their site, I found the purchasing procedure to be cumbersome and time-consuming. The payment options were restricted, and I had trouble placing my purchase due to a number of technical difficulties. In addition, I was let down by the caliber of some of the items I ordered. Not everything was of poor quality; some was even fairly sturdy. In particular, the badges used for identification were not as well made or sturdy as I had thought they would be. Unfortunately, I had a hard time contacting their customer support department in order to resolve these issues. After several tries, I finally got an answer, but the problem was only partially fixed. In conclusion, I did not enjoy shopping at Teskyer.com. Despite having a wide selection of items at reasonable prices, the checkout procedure, product quality, and customer service all leave much to be desired. This is an internet shop I would not suggest to anyone.
