Water tank cracked after first use

Two of us used it for a car trip, it worked perfectly and we were very satisfied. But when I started filling the top tank for the second ride, water started leaking out of a crack in the bottom of the tank, making it impossible to fill. Of course we couldn't use it and I doubt we'll be able to use it again. We kept it in the original packaging in the basement between trips. I need a top tank replacement to use again or it's basically garbage. If I could get one I would give 5 stars.

Pros
