UPDATE (5/8/18): The seller contacted me and offered to replace the ring and the previous ring I received may have been an annoying defect. The current ring that I received as a replacement has retained its black color and is still a solid wearing quality. I am very happy with the ring and enjoy the accent to everyday outfits.[Previous Review] The ring itself is ok but the quality of the black colorfastness leaves something to be desired. I specifically ordered the ring in black because I don't need rose gold or silver options. However, the quality of the different colors seems to be lacking, because after only wearing the ring a few times, just a few days after receiving my order, the color was already fading and peeling off the ring. The ring itself feels solid and well made, but the color choice isn't very good. While I do anticipate possible color fading over time, I did not expect this to happen so soon after receiving the item and with the short wearing time of the ring. I contacted the seller to inquire about the quality of the color ring and was simply directed to Revain customer service. It didn't really help answer my quality question as I don't want to wait for a replacement only to find the same quality issue. I think,
