My shoe size is narrow 11-1/2 US. I always buy a size 12 to have some room for my toes. I ordered these shoes in size 12. These shoes leave a full 1 inch toe box. It took me a while to find the shoe size label. It says size 47. That's a large US size 13. I'm wondering what the exchange issues are? The shoes arrived clean and well put together. I've seen many reviews complaining about the durability. I see that when the shoes have been used daily. They are made of vinyl, including laces. Vinyl wears down with frequent use, but I will only use them occasionally for long trips. As I don't know if they sent me the wrong size or if they are too big I can't exchange them because I don't know what to order.
