Review on 🦶 Kinesio Pre-Cut Foot Tape for Enhanced Application by Matthew Outlaw

I would rate this higher if the seller admitted it is very difficult for a person to apply by themselves. Stretch is of course part of the process but I think I wasted my money. The only taping that works for my foot is when the physical therapist applies regular tape while my foot is at a 90 degree angle. It's very, very difficult to reach out and do it yourself. It came right away and I feel like I wasted my money and it took me almost half an hour to figure it out. You and it would stay and work properly. Otherwise it's an interesting idea, but it didn't work for me.
