Review on πŸ”Œ Logitech F710 Wireless Gamepad - 2.4 GHz with USB Nano-Receiver, Dual Vibration Feedback, D-Pad Switches, Compatible with PC - Grey/Black by Taufik Opekg ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product is average, Im not sure its worth the money.

Why in the end I put 3 - because this is a good gamepad, but far from perfect. It is played with a bang in action games and sports games, in the rest it is possible, but it will not be so comfortable. Before him, he owned the F510 for a couple of years, during which he was pretty beaten up even physically (out of anger in one game he broke through the case near the right motor) - only pleasant impressions: of course, the same triggers and D-Pad, but otherwise no negative. Decided to upgrade and took a closer look at it. For the first three days, he pissed me off so much that he wanted to carry him to the store. I have a router at the PC, a PC in the table - sticking the receiver into the face, which from the back gave constant breaks and glitches, and until I brought it out on the extension cord to the table in direct line of sight it was impossible to play normally.

Pros
  • - in general, the assembly is 4+ - nothing really creaks and practically does not stagger - no often delivering wire - inserted the receiver and you can use it, you do not need to install any drivers separately - X-Input and D-Input modes - in the first one it works like a gamepad from X-Box360, which is what new games need, and the old ones and the game on emulators are supported by the second one - a very long life from one set of batteries - I bought it before the New Year and so far it has not been discharged, although I have already played almost a dozen games on it.
Cons
  • - large and rather heavy due to batteries - in terms of ergonomics, it noticeably loses to PS, hands get noticeably tired; - very tight triggers that do not lose it over time - you can get used to it, but why make them like that in the first place? - the sticks have a very large dead zone, which cannot be reduced in any way - this gamepad is clearly not suitable for shooters - extremely unfortunate location of the Mode button, often you accidentally hit it (turns on D-Pad duplication with the left stick) - vibro for show - if it is available in Windows tests and switching its mode, then in games it is either not there, or it is not noticeable at all - a small D-Pad not with the most unfortunate implementation like that of the Xbox - on PS you feel the direction of pressing, but here - alas; it gives some inconvenience in fighting games - being near any transmitter at 2.4 GHz with indirect visibility with the receiver's gamepad gives very frequent loss of communication and unpredictable glitches - on Windows 8 / 8.1, you must manually set the driver from the XBox to the receiver, otherwise it does not work. LT has been in the know since the very appearance of the 8-ki, but has not yet bothered to agree with MS on the amendment of such a trifle.
