Not the best choice for scrubbing sponges and sticks
Tried this pumice stone to remove limescale from grout on pool tile and used 1/3 to 4 inch grout. This pumice stone wears out so quickly that you have to keep changing it to keep it sharp. It works well for very small deposits, but larger ones require you to expend a lot of muscle mass and that will only wear down the stone faster. I would go through one of these for the entire pool in one sitting! There has to be something better than pumice stone to remove limescale, which I'll be investigating soon. I wouldn't buy this again.
