I figured I could just use it on the temple area and not have the thinning experience that many have written about. I was wrong. Even a cautious application of about 2 times a week only in the temple area resulted in a strong general thinning of the entire head. I'm not a scientist so I can't explain it. Just a guy with thick hair and a few gray hairs on his temples. I train 5 times a week. I follow a very strict diet. Don't do it, it's not worth it.
