Slightly disappointed
The bag is nice and roomy. However, the crossbody option is misleading, the straps don't adjust long enough to be a crossbody, at least not for me, but I'm 5ft 6in tall. Possibly for a smaller person. Also, one of the straps was put on oddly, so rotating the strap so that the strap adjuster is facing out twists the strap. You can see what I mean in the pictures.
