We bought these cups to match our other dishes. They smell very strong, even after washing and "airing" several times. They smell even worse if you put something hot inside. They don't change the taste of what you drink, but the smell is disgusting, especially when paired with tea. After the first failures, we tried them with cold drinks. Trying to drink cold milk in it will cause even more nausea. We had to send them back.
