After five days of use, the stitching on the straps began to unravel. My daughter and I were very disappointed as she loved the backpack and I loved the fact that it was big, had lots of pockets and large side pockets that would easily fit her large water bottle. My daughter carries a lot in her backpack, but mainly the essentials like laptop, tablet, exercise books, folders and school supplies. She doesn't even carry her lunch in that bag. The seller was quick to respond but only offered two options - a 50% refund or a new backpack. I don't have $15 right now and need to buy another backpack. If your child carries a lot in a backpack, I would suggest buying something with a warranty or guarantee.
