Normal quality, you can use it.

I was about to give up and contact the support center (from what I gather, they can only call the 2022) but it seems that if you close the lid properly and don't pull the case too hard, the headphones will charge and operate. If not for this, the product would be excellent value for the cost. Hired Experts: Can be used independently, the battery life is sufficient for my needs, the design is pleasant, and the loudness and passive noise isolation are both above average (small, ergonomic) Have disadvantages: The case's lid is extremely fragile and opens with minimal effort. The headphones apparently stopped staying connected to the case after being placed in it for 1.5 months. This indicates the phone is attempting to play audio through them when they are not being charged. When the earpiece is nearly empty, even if I just removed it, this can cause some discomfort. However, it isn't a surefire solution. Also, I can't use them as a headset because the mics don't always pick up my voice. The problem existed with my prior set of headphones as well (Samsung Buds 2), so I don't think it's the headphones (galaxy s7)
