Review on Thundershirt Waterproof Outerwear Raincoat by Glenna Naber

I was looking for a good raincoat made from waterproof, soft material with no fleece inside. It was close, but if you look at the picture, Kona (my puggle) weighs about 25 pounds. I bought the medium one and the hood is really big. I had to drop it several times. Like all other reviewers, I think the belly part could have been done with less material. In general I'm happy. It kept her dry. I cut off the hood and make it smaller. I will also cut off some material on the belly. The material is on the hard side. I hope it's because it's new and the more I use it the softer it gets.
