The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. The mouse and keyboard are remarkably quiet and comfortable to use. The mouse is comfortable for both right-handed and left-handed users. My computer is running Windows 10 and it recognized and configured the new keyboard and mouse without my help. The keyboard has a low profile, which works well on my small office desk. I highly recommend this product!
