Review on 🎧 Silver Sony MDR-AS50G Active Style Neck-Band Headphones with Spiral Design (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by James Wilson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Ideal for active people

These headphones are designed for people who exercise regularly. I've worn them walking, running, and running and they've never fallen out. They are wrapped around the neck and placed on the ears, and then you "plug" them into the headphones. The headphones come with 3 different soft silicone tips - S, M and XL. One of them "should" help the headphones fit your ears properly. They come with a standard 2ft solid cable that's the perfect length to attach to your MP3 player in your first aid kit during a workout. They also come with an extension cord to extend the cord if you want to keep your MP3 player in your pocket while listening to music. The round plastic case for storing earphones is included. The sound quality is good enough. The bass is a bit weak and they don't block out all gym noise, but they aren't noise canceling headphones. The highs and mids sound nice and clear. Appearance - they are slightly shiny with silver accents. I would have liked a more muted color, but they don't look terrible by any means. Verdict: These aren't noise canceling or audiophile headphones, they're active headphones. As such, they are lightweight, secure and comfortable enough to be worn while exercising and perform excellently in the area for which they are designed. Recommended without hesitation.
