Nice fan, great for a small space, I have it in my attic and it's perfect. It moves air well and looks great if you want a modern/contemporary style. The pull chains are very smooth with no binding or tugging, and it starts and spins up much faster than any other fan I've had in the past. The lighting is very 'specific', meaning that due to the style of bulb used, each points in a different direction and only illuminates that area, as opposed to the usual general type of lighting you get from more traditional lamps and fixtures . This isn't a bad thing or a complaint, just something to be aware of. A big plus is that I was able to hang it on a vaulted ceiling, even with the short pole down, and since it's only 42 inches, the vault angle is free. put something together. I've collected a lot of fans over the years and still I had to go back and redo a few things to make sure it was in the right order. It's not difficult, but it does require a little attention and preparation. The packaging was fine and the delivery was on time.
