I love how responsive media NYC was able to help my business through each stage of my campaign. They were always willing to step up and help me with whatever I needed! Their team is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here! My account manager was very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond for me. If you need an awesome firm who will work hard for you, they are your people. Make sure to get in touch with them early to secure your engagement. I'm sure there's something I didn't like about their services but I can honestly say there wasn't anything I disliked about them. The only thing that comes to mind is the price. It is not cheap to engage this firm. However, once you start working with them, it is worth every penny. I am glad to know that my business is being handled by professionals whom really care about my success. The responsiveness of their team to my needs was fantastic! They were able t help me with any questions I had about what they do or how it works for our business as well as being very patient when we got stuck in different areas together (i think i'm weird). Our website has grown by leaps since working w/ them so far this year- great people who love helping businesses grow :) We are looking forward too continuing work along side each other next yr once things settle down from COVID19.
